WordPress WooCommerce Plugin Deployment Guide

We provide a simple integration process, allowing you to effortlessly install the cryptocurrency payment gateway plugin on your website, social media accounts, and major e-commerce platforms, including WooCommerce.

Prerequisites​

  • A WordPress website with WooCommerce plugin, hosted on your server.
  • A Pay Protocol merchant account, you can read the introduction here.
  • Get your merchant API key from Pay Protocol admin console referring to this guide.

Install Pay Protocol WooCommerce Plugin​

  1. Download the Pay Protocol WooCommerce plugin from the github repository.

    git clone https://github.com/PayProtocol-Network/wc-plugin.git

  2. Upload the plugin directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory on your server.

  3. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.

After the plugin is activated, Crypto Payments will appear in the WooCommerce > Payments section.

Configure Pay Protocol WooCommerce Plugin​

  1. On the WooCommerce "Settings" page, go to the "Payment Gateways" tab, then click "Crypto Payments".

  2. Check "Enable Crypto Payments".

  3. Enter the API Key and API Secret from your Pay Protocol merchant account.

  4. Choose payment chain. If you fill it in for the first time, please save the API Key and API Secret first and then select the chain again.

  5. Click "Save changes" and the gateway will be activated.
